~24 HOURS CANCELLATION POLICY~
~Credit card is required to book any appointment.
~We respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
~Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your service with minimum of $50.
~Our 2 text reminders are sent out 48 hours and 24 hours before your appointment.
~Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to fill out your paperwork.
If you arrive more then 10 minutes late , we will have to reschedule your appointment and our cancellation policy will apply. We must be courteous to all our clients.
If you have Groupon, please make sure you select correct service under Groupon options and your name matches on appointment with your groupon voucher.
If the voucher is for Facial TREATMENT you need to schedule correct treatment and not a facial.
Groupon services also require credit card to reserve the appointment.
Please note we will accept Groupons only once per year per client with no exceptions.
REOPENING RULES :
Please come to your appointment alone
Bring and wear your mask
Wash and hand sanitize you hands when you arrive
If you are early please wait in your car
Preferable payment method is Venmo if possible (Terraspa)
If you are unwell, suspect you have or been around anyone who has COVID-19 we will reschedule your appointment.
All Gift cards and packages are Non-refundable.
